CA Majority Rule Campaign!

We’re organizing in Sonoma County to help pass a ballot initiative to change the two-thirds requirement for budget and revenue to a simple majority. This initiative is also known as the Lakoff initiative. The initiative will free the logjam that has been preventing progressives and others in the California legislature from solving our health, education, welfare, environmental, recreational and many other problems.

If you are interested in participating, we’re having our first organizational meeting for volunteers to gather signatures, speak to local groups and gather support for this initiative. The meeting will take place:
