Sonoma County Board of Supervisors Agenda — Tuesday, June 9, 2009

The Supervisors will be voting on the change to the general plan to allow/disallow the Dutra Company to build at Haystack Landing.

If you can attend this meeting, PLEASE come, and remember that if you submitted anything to the Supervisors between 2-3-09 and the present, it will need to be resubmitted at the hearing.

IMPORTANT:
Please resubmit all comments made since Feb. 3rd (whether by email or in writing) directly in writing to the Clerk of the Board or Planning Staff at the Supervisors’ hearing Tuesday after 2:10pm.

The County is claiming that anything that was submitted after Feb. 3 or before the hearing opens tomorrow, Tuesday, June 9 does not qualify for the public record.

So, to be safe – PLEASE resubmit your comments IN WRITING tomorrow, by handing in the comments on paper. You may also FAX to: (707) 565-3778
