If you are able, please come on this trip to make the point that it is not all right to send drones to Afghanistan which often displace and kill innocent civilians. Norman Solomon has spoken eloquently about the tragedies taking place in Afghanistan due to the drones. Please consider spending this time in Nevada and joining this action. At 7 am on sat, the 28th Nov., a bus will leave from Berkeley to go to Creech Air Force Base in Nevada about 30 miles north of Las Vegas.
We will pick up Cindy Sheehan on the way at Travis Air Force Base…We have a bus that can seat 32 with a professional driver. We return on the 2nd Dec … Wed night. The cost is $100 per person for the bus … more if you can offer more. The food is mostly free … donations.
Women can stay free at the Goddess Temple which is on 20 acres of Shoshone land that was purchased by a woman and deeded back to the Shoshone … the residents pay the Shoshone rent. Men can stay at the hotel for $60 per night.per room. one room sleeps 4 men. it borders the base. and is close to the Temple.

I found a videographer who will go with us. Ralph is an abstract painter and a long time activist for Peace. We welcome ideas and will be working on the bus on our actions, words, street theater and art….
Please consider coming. The only requirements are that the men be comfortable with women leading this action…this is a code pink. pda, world cant wait action … code pink is leading and that we all be non-violent in our interactions with military and others.
