The first order of business is electing Progressive Delegates to the CA State Democratic Party Central Committee. Assembly District elections are scheduled for January 10 and January 11.
Start the New Era! with like-minded progressives. Attend our first monthly meeting of 2009 with Mayme Hubert as the guest speaker, focusing on the Progressive Caucus of the CA State Democratic Party as a force for change and how you can be involved in taking action.
At this meeting, we will also ask for your feedback and input to take back to the PDA Grassroots Organizing Conference, January 17-18 . A PDSonoma delegation will be participating in the Conference where PDA will plot the Inside/Outside strategy for the coming year and then we’ll meet a couple million new friends on the Capital Mall on January 20th!
