Norman Solomon at the Glaser Center

Between now (mid-August) and October 4th Norman will be making a visit to Afghanistan and will be including his report on that in his talk on Sunday, October 4th at 12:30 pm.

Norman Solomon is the author of twelve books, including “War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death,” which was adapted into a documentary film. He is a nationally syndicated columnist on media and politics. A frequent guest on radio and television, he was featured in Bill Moyers’ PBS documentary “Buying the War.” Solomon, the founder and executive director of the Institute for Public Accuracy, is co-chair of the Commission on a Green New Deal for the North Bay. He is a recipient of the George Orwell Award, which honors “distinguished contributions to honesty and clarity in public language.”
