Oakland Campaign Kick-off for Prop 15 - CA Fair Elections Act

Event Start Time:
Saturday, 2010, February 6 - 1:00pm

Proposition 15, the California Fair Elections Act, represents fundamental election reform that will allow candidates and elected officials to get out of the money game and get back to solving California’s problems by creating a pilot project for a voluntary Fair Elections public financing system of campaigns similar to those in seven other states.

Come to the local campaign kick-off for Prop 15! Join Senator Loni Hancock, Assemblymembers Nancy Skinner and Sandre Swanson, State Senator Liz Figueroa (ret.), Michael Lighty from the Californian Nurses Association, campaign chair Trent Lange, and others so you can help pass Fair Elections that money can’t buy.

Saturday, February 6 from 1pm-3pm
